Harry E. Crouse, 62, died at 3:20 am Sunday in the Veterans Administration Hospital, where he had been a patient about two weeks. He lived with a sister, Mrs. Ray Pfeiffer, R.R. 13, Fort Wayne.
Mr. Crouse, a veteran of World War I, was born near Butler.
Surviving besides the sister are his mother, Mrs. Minnie Crouse, Fort Wayne and a brother, Ira W. Crouse, Lakewood, O.
The body was taken to the Klaehn Funeral Home, where friends may call.
Services will be held at 1:30 pm Wednesday in the funeral home, the Rev. J. R. Boze, Jr pastor of the Wallen Methodist Church officiating. Burial will be in Lindenwood Cemetery.
