Mrs. Maude Crews Barnett,75, died Friday (12-15-2000) morning at her residence following a short illness. A native of Folkston, GA but had lived most of her life in Ware County. She was daughter of the late Jack Crews and Mary Crews Riggins and was preceded in death by 2 Sisters: Betty Leggett and Minnie Carter. 1 Brother: J.W. Crews. Survivors include her husband: C.J. (Jack) Barnett of Waycross, 2 Daughters: Annett Aldridge and late husband Tommy of West Green, GA, Linda Lovett and husband Tommy of Waycross, GA, 3 Sons: Clarence Barnett, Jr. and wife Cindy of Waycross, John Hal Barnett and wife Tina of Waycross, Jamie Charles Barnett of New York, 1 Sister: Georgia Ann Carter of Atlanta, GA, 7 Grandchildren: Sheila Faye Allen, Chile Marie Dale, Dewayne Gerald Aldridge, Peggy Faulk, Leketta Williams, Summer Barnett Johnson and Blake Barnett, 6 Great Grandchildren, 2 Nieces: Robin Fields and Jane Anderson both of Jacksonville, FL. Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM Sunday (12-17-2000) in the Chapel of Music Funeral Home. Burial will be in Greenlawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the Funeral Home Saturday from 7-9.
