Edna Earle (Coker) Creel Edgecumbe, 75, of Pensacola, FL passed away Tuesday, January 8, 2008. Edna was born in Harbeson City, FL to Walter Herman Coker and Ethel Coker Thompson. She resided in Pensacola her entire life. She graduated from PHS in 1950. Mrs. Edgecumbe was a volunteer "Gray Lady" at Baptist Hospital in the nursery for many years. She worked at Pensacola Private School of Liberal Arts and retired from Sacred Heart Hospital. Her husband of 14 years, Alvin C. "Ace" Edgecumbe; sister, Nellie Eddins; infant grandson, John Paul Dinkins precede Mrs. Edgecumbe in death. Survivors include her daughter, Pamela Creel Kelly; son, John Wesley Creel, III (Sharon); daughter, Jan Marie Creel; grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral Service will be held January 12, 2008. Burial will follow at Bayview Memorial Park.
