BRIDGEPORT, Ill. -- Gina Kay Creek, 26, of Du Quoin, formerly of Mount Carmel, died Sunday, Oct. 24, 1999, at the Marshall Browning Hospital in Du Quoin from injuries sustained in an automobile accident.
She was a cashier at the Du Quoin Wal-Mart. She was Baptist.
Surviving are a son, Brian of Du Quoin; her parents, Gene and Gayla Creek of Du Quoin; two sisters, Chasity and Amy Creek, both of Du Quoin; a brother, Matthew Creek of Breese; and her grandmothers, Kathleen Creek and Virginia Smith.
Graveside services at the Bridgeport City Cemetery.
