Patricia R. Creedon, age 92, of Mentor passed away May 22, 2015 at Kemper House in Mentor.
She was born in Painesville to the late John and Catherine Gorman Creedon.
Miss Creedon was a self-employed private duty nurse.
She was a lifetime member of St. Mary Catholic Church of Painesville and a member of the Altar and Rosary Society.
There are no survivors.
She was preceded in death by her brother, Martin, and sisters, Catherine Ross, Helen, Ann, and Mary Creedon.
Funeral services will be 9:30 a.m. Wednesday at St. Mary Church, 242 N. State St., Painesville.
No calling hours will be observed. Burial will be in St. Mary Cemetery.
