She was the wife of the late Elmer E. Alloway.
The service will be 10 a.m. Wednesday at the David E. Small Funeral Home Inc., Roosevelt and Madison avenues.
The burial will be in Mount Rose Cemetery.
A viewing will be from 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
Alloway was the daughter of the late Howard and Anna Mary (Hibner) Cramer.
She attended North York Gospel Chapel and was a member of Heritage Senior Citizens Center, Weigelstown.
Mrs. Alloway is survived by three daughters, Marie E. Hammond, York, Ann Presswood, Dover, and Sue R. Smith, York; eight grandchildren; two sisters, Rae Batson, York, and Mary Miller, New Freedom; and two brothers, Edward Cramer, York, and Charles Cramer, Maryland. 10-29-88
