ADKINS RITES HELD MONDAY
Minettta B. Adkins, 72, of Oak Hill, passed away at 12:10 a.m Saturday, June 12 1976 at Holzer Medical Center. Born June 10, 1904, she was a daughter of the late Jeptha and Rosa Hughes Crabtree. She was a mamber of the Uninted Baptist Church. Surviving are her Husband, Dave Adkins; three sons, William, Ollie and Kent, all of Oak Hill; three daughters, Mrs. Joseph Khun and Mrs. Joyce Stone, both of Oak Hill, and Mrs. Jewell Hackley of Albany Georgia; eighteen grandchildren and several great grandchildren; four sisters, Mrs.Rachel McCoy, Mrs. Gertrude Adkins, Mrs. Marguerite Adkins and Mrs, Clara Khun,all of Oak Hill. Sevices were held Monday, June 23, at 1 p.m at the Hickory Grove Enterprise Baptest Church with Rev. Russell Cox and Walter Kemilton officating. Burial followed in the church cemetery. Arrangements were in charge of the Kuhner-Lewis Funeral Home.
