Contributor: Chasing Fireflies (49561368) suggests:
Evidence strongly suggests and I believe what happened is her parents named her "Panemma Elizabeth" but she went by Elizabeth with the nickname "Lizzie". Eventually, as with many of this time, she switched the order of her 1st and 2nd names. On records while she is a minor her name is listed as "Panemma E." or "Panemma Elizabeth", after she acquires her majority records reflect her name as Elizabeth or Lizzie.
