Last rites for Earnest J. Corder, 74, were held Thursday, Jan. 18, 1990, at 2 p.m. at the National Funeral Home chapel in Grenada. The Rev. Lavon Hatten and Brother Norris Corley officiated.
Mr. Corder died January 16. He was a native of Carroll County.
Survivors include his widow, Estelle Little Corder of Grenada; one daughter, Gloria Herring of Ridgeland; one son, Wayne Corder of Memphis, Tenn.; five sisters, Lyla Nail of Batesville; Nettie Little, Hildred Lott, Eunice Little, and Ruth Lott, all of Grenada; and two brothers, the Rev. James Corder of Duck Hill and Sam Corder of Madison; three grandchildren.
Interment was in Calvary Cemetery in Carroll County, with National Funeral Home in charge.
