Benjamin Cooper, 79 years of age, died at the home of I. N. Best, of Roselawn, Sunday evening. His death was due to euremic poisoning. Mr. Cooper had lived at the home of Mr. Best for the past 28 years.
The funeral will be held at the home of Mr. Best at 10:00 o'clock Tuesday morning, the services being conducted by Rev. C. W. Postill, of this city. Following the funeral services the body will be brought overland to Rensselaer, where burial will be made in Weston Cemetery.

Benjamin's mother was Elizabeth English. His father was Lemuel Cooper. Bejamin lived with his sister, Rebecca Jane Cooper Best and her husband, Isaac Newton Best, near whom he is buried.
