Fort Worth Star-Telegram, 10-23-1918: DEATHS. Sprinkle—Mrs. Ethel Cook Sprinkle, 19, who died Tuesday afternoon at her residence on Burket[?] Street in Walker Addition, will be buried this afternoon in Lonesome Dove Cemetery. The body will be taken there by Undertaker Robertson. Services were held at Robertson's chapel at 3 o'clock. Deceased is survived by her husband, R. L. Sprinkle; father, C(or G). A. Cook, Handley; two sisters, Maggie and Bertha, and three brothers, Floyd, Jessie and Grady, besides her stepmother, Mrs. Lizzie Cook.
