BETTY A. COOK
Services for Betty Ann Cook, 52, of Garland, Texas, formerly of Elk City, were conducted Tuesday at Restland Memorial Park., Dallas, TX. Memorials have been suggested to the Lupus Foundation of America, Dallas, Texas, Chapter, One Memorial Parkway, Dallas, Texas 75234.
Mrs. Cook died Saturday at a hospital in Garland, Tx.
She was born Dec. 2, 1939 in Independence, KS.
On March 8, 1960, she married Gene Cook in Emporia, KS. Mr. Cook survives at the home.
Mrs. Cook was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Elk City.
Also surviving are her parents, Anna and Raymond Hare, Elk City,KS. Three daughters, Alyson Hoyle, Humble, TX., Stephanie Hull and Julie McKevlin, both of Dallas. Two sons, Allan Cook, Kennesaw, GA. and Timothy Cook, Garland, Tx. Five Sisters, Judy Wilson, Independence, KS., Florence McLaughlin, Wellsville, KS., Sharon Lewis, Allen, Texas, Janice Reynolds, Wichita, KS. and Helen Hare of Dallas, TX. Two brothers, Kenzel and Jim Hare, both of Independence, KS. and four grand children. David and Sean Hoyle, Matthew Cook, Aundrea McKelvin, numerous nieces, nephew and cousins,
