She grew up in Deer Isle and lived many years in Kennebunkport with her husband, Robert Fawcett Cook.
Charlotte worked as the Librarian at the Consolidated Elementary School until she retired in 1985. She was a volunteer for the Kennebunkport Library and was a member of the Yankee Belle Barbershop Chorus.
Charlotte was a happy, positive person. She loved berry picking, clamming and swimming at the beach. Her life was one to celebrate.
