Born May 18, 1897, in Johnstown, daughter of Albert and Julia (Schrock) Constable. Preceded in death by parents; first husband, Carl Beatty, Feb. 16, 1953; second husband, James Devine, July 30, 1963; and one brother, Donald. Survived by two children: Bill B. Beatty, married to Edna Fieg, Hinckly, Ohio; and Mary Lou, wife of Richard W. Foote, Morris Plains, N.J.; six grandchildren; and seven great-geandchildren. Member of Covenant Presbyterian Church, Boswell; past-member of former Silver Ray Rebekah Lodge, Boswell; and Auxiliary, Boswell Post 461, American Legion.
