Mrs. Margaret C. Knoche

Abilene-Mrs. Margaret Connet Knoche, 68, Abilene, died Monday, Oct. 15, shortly after arrival at a hospital here. She apparently had a cerebral hemorrhage.

She was born Oct. 21, 1915, at Manhattan, the daughter of Loyd and Clara Simmons Murphy. She was a graduate of Keats High School. She lived in the Abilene community the past 10 years. She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Abilene.

She was married to Harold Connet Jr. Aug. 18, 1935, at Manhattan. He died Nov. 9, 1961. She was married to Clarence Knoche Oct. 27, 1967. He died May 17, 1978.

Survivors include two sons, two daughters, three brothers, a sister, 16 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Trinity Lutheran Church in Abilene. Graveside services will be at 1:30 p.m. at Sunset Cemetery in Manhattan. Martin funeral Home, Abilene, is in charge of arrangements.
