Clement E. Conger, age 91, of Delray Beach, FL died on Sunday, January 11, 2004. He leaves behind his wife of 55 years, Lianne Conger of Delray Beach, FL and three children, William of Maurertown, VA, Jay of Manhattan Beach, CA and Shelley of Sherman Oaks, CA; two grandchildren, Zoe and Jay Conger, daughter and son of Jay. A Funeral Service will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 14, 2004 (Today) at St. Paul Episcopal Church, 188 South Swinton Ave, Delray Beach, FL with the Reverend William H. Stokes officiating. A visitation will be held on Wednesday, (Today) at the Scobee Ireland-Potter Funeral Home, 300 Northeast Fifth Avenue, Delray Beach, FL from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. The family requests that in lieu of flowers that memorials be made to the Diplomatic Reception Rooms of the State Department, Washington, DC or to the Christ Church, Alexandria, VA.
