Elsie C. Adams, 77, passed away Sunday, May 1st, 2005. A native of Lake City, Fl., Mrs. Adams had resided in Jacksonville for many years. She was predeceased by her parents Mr. and Mrs. L.F. Colson Sr. and her brother L.F. Colson, Jr. Survivors include her husband of 58 years, Mack L. Adams; 3 sons and daughters in law, Dan (Susie) Adams, Daryl (Kathy) Adams and Gary (Trisha) Adams; a sister, Vera Dicks; a brother Wendell Colson; 5 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held in the chapel of COREY-KERLIN FUNERAL HOME, 940 Cesery Blvd, 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, May 4th, with Rev. Wendell H. Colson, Jr. officiating. Entombment will follow in Arlington Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 PM Tuesday (TODAY) at the funeral home.
