COLLINS, MYRTLE WILLIAMS - age 99 of Grove Road, Mascot passed away Wednesday January 18, 2006 at NHC Fort Sanders. Myrtle was a member of Holston Baptist Church and was preceded in death by her husband Haskle D. Collins, daughter, Wilma Dean Collins, sons, Estle Collins, Earl Collins, grandsons, Steve Collins, Gregory Collins, Brian Yorkum and several brothers and sisters. She is survived by son Hottis Collins and wife Edith of Atlanta, Ga. daughter-in-law Thelma Collins of Mascot grandchildren Sharon Fabian and husband Chris of Gainesville, Ga., Sheila Hamilton and husband Rick of Mascot, Cathy Church and husband Larry of Tampa, Fla., Debbie Mohr and husband Howard of Tampa, Fla., Doris Justin and husband Bill of Tampa, Fla. great-grandchildren Dustin Crawford, Heather & Andy LeBlanc Sara Hamilton, Tommy Yorkum, Kelly Herndon, Amanda Church, Michael & Chris Ward great-great-grandchildren Alex & Katie LeBlanc several other great-great-grandchildren special nieces Judy Emory & Mary Lou Brown. A special thanks to the nurses and staff of NHC Fort Sanders for their love and care of our mother and grandmother. Also to the staff of Caris Hospice for their love and compassion. Half-sister Madge, several friends and relatives too many to name. The family will receive friends Friday January 20, 2006 from 6:00 to 8:00 pm at Evergreen Funeral Home with a Chapel service to follow at 8:00 pm Rev Larry Young officiating. The interment will be 11 am Saturday January 21, 2006 in the Pleasant Point (Collins) Cemetery in Claiborne County. Evergreen Funeral Home 7426 Asheville Highway is in charge of the arrangements. 865-637-7955
