Wayna was married to James W. Barto on August 4, 1950 who is deceased. She was employed and retired from the New York State Department of Mental Health in March 1982.
Wayna was survived by two daughters Linda Dolan and husband John of Leesburg, Florida, Dawn Stevens and husband Carl II of Cornelius, North Carolina and a son James Barto and wife Pamela of Millbrook, New York. Five grandchildren William DeStefano, Jason DeStefano, Jesse Barto, Carl Stevens III, Amanda Stevens and 8 great grandchildren. Brothers Ethan Colgan of West Chazy, NY, Donald Colgan and wife Rose of Mooers Forks, NY and sister Janice Colgan of West Chazy, NY.
Memorial services will be held in the spring of 2012 in Wingdale, NY.
