Services for Brian J. Colebank, 21, Lawrence, will be 1:30 p.m. Thursday at Trinity Lutheran Church with the Rev. David Aanonson officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery.
Mr. Colebank died Saturday night from injuries he received in a car fire in Emporia.
He was born Feb. 4, 1969, in Park Ridge, Ill. He had lived in Lawrence since 1974 and attended Baldwin High School until his sophomore year. He graduated from Lawrence High School in 1987.
Mr. Colebank was a buiness student at Emporia State University, where he was a member of Sigma Tau Gamma fraternity.
Survivors include his mother, Ann Colebank, Lawrence; two brothers, Allen Colebank, Christchurch, New Zealand, and Kevin Colebank, Lawrence; his maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Chester Solberg, Scobey, Mont.; and his paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Norman Colebank, Litchville, N.D.
The family will receive friends from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Wednesday at Warren-McElwain Mortuary.
