Ola Irene Coffman, 89, died Wednesday, February 10, 1999, in a Munday nursing home.
Services were held at 11 a.m. Saturday, February 13, at Goree First Baptist Church with the Rev. Lenard Brothers officiating. Burial was in Goree Cemetery under the direction of McCauley-Smith Funeral Home.
Mrs. Coffman was born June 7, 1909, in Livingston, Texas. She and Dude M. Coffman were married October 31, 1927, in Haskell, Texas. He died November 13, 1976. She was a longtime resident of Goree before moving to Munday several years ago. She was a homemaker and a member of Goree First Baptist Church. She was a ham radio operator.
Survivors include a sister, Pauline Howry; a granddaughter; and a great-grandson.
