Harriet Coffey,88 of Fletcher North Carolina died Monday September 2007 at Autumn Care of Saluda after an extended illness.Born in St Cloud Florida,she was the daughter of the late John E and Dorothy Bailey and wife of the late Bill Coffey who died on June 23 1955.
She had resided in Fletcher,NC from 1964 until 2006 and was a member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church on Upward Road.
She is survived by her loving family,two daughters,Helen R Hurst and husband Mike of Oviedo,FL and Hannah M Jones and husband Rusty of Green Creek NC,a brother John Bailey,Jr. of Flagler beach Fl,a sister Faith Bailey of Tampa,a grandson David William Hurst of Ft Pierce Fl,a special Niece Kay Stephens of Cincinnati Ohio and other nieces and nephews.
A memorial service was held at 5 PM Thursday,Sept 20 2007 in the Kirby Memorial Chapel of Shuler Funeral Home,Pastor Buren Blankenship and Pastor Ralph Hollenbeck Officiated.
