Mrs. Ernestine Baker, a former Wellington woman, died in a Clovis, New Mexico hospital at 9:05 p.m. June 1.
She was 52 years of age. She was the daughter of Joseph Coffee and the late Roberta Johnson Coffee.
Mrs. Baker, a beautician, had lived in Clovis since 1958.
She was born at Avalon, Ellis County, November 5, 1929, and attended Wellington Schools. She was a member of First Church of God in Christ in which she was a missionary, a worker on the nurse's board and on the pastor's aide committee.
Survivors are three son, Robert Coffee, Charles Edward Coffee and Joseph Kilgore, all of Wellington; her father, Joseph Coffee of Wellington and 8 grandchildren.
