Survivors are one son, L. Hester Alford of Redding, Calif.; two daughters, Mrs. Hazel Lawenson of Redding, Calif., Mrs. Gene Teague of Many; one brother, Fletcher Cobb of Many; 12 grandchildren; and one great grandchild.
