Last rites will be held at 2 o'clock this afternoon in the Northrop chapel for James Milton Cline, 79, who died in his sleep at his home early Wednesday morning, Services will be conducted by Rev. J. Stanley Bellinger and interment will be in the Dos Palos cemetery.
Cline was born in Davenport, Iowa, on April 1, 1866, and had lived in Dos Palos community for the past 39 years. He suffered from a stroke in March, 1938, and since that time had been an invalid and had been confined to his bed since June of last year.
Surviving are his widow, Fanny Cline, his daughter, Mrs. S. E. Harris, both of this city and his grandson, Cpl. S. E. Harris, Jr., of the Army Air Corps who is stationed at Langley Field, Va.
