Dana C. Clawson, age 59, of 483 Clawson Street, Boone, passed away Saturday morning, October 31, 2015, at his home.
Dana was born May 30, 1956 in Watauga County, a son of the late John Bynum Clawson and Ruby May Greene Clawson. He was owner and operator of Com-Tech Communications in Boone, where a had a deep appreciation for his patrons.
Dana is survived by two sons, Nathaniel Clawson and wife Beth of Bloomington, Indiana, and Chris Clawson of Boone; one brother, Wayne Clawson and wife Joy of Boone; two grandsons, Max Clawson and Kirin Clawson of Bloomington, and one granddaughter, Isabel Clawson of Bloomington.
A memorial service for Dana C. Clawson will be held at a later date.
