Uncle Mack, or simply "Mack" as he was better known, was the fifth-born of six children of John C. Clark and Isabell (Moody) Clark. 'Mack' never married and lived in the home of his parents his entire life. He suffered from a lack of formal schooling, certainly, but was always 'sharp' and up to date on what was going on in the family. He was dearly loved for his personality and sharp wit by everyone in the family and will never be forgotten by anyone who ever met him in person. He had a disarming habit of looking a person directly in the eye and then with a grin, asking, .."What'dya know ?"
