Adopted son of Isaac & Catherine Clark. The name appears on the side of Issac Clark's stone and is difficult to read date, could be died 1861 or 1864. He also has a small stone FC in front of the Clark monument and beside that of Theresa V. Clark who also died young.
This child was not in the 1860 census with the family so adopted after that and prior to 1861 at the earliest.
His name may not have been changed to Clark; I could not find a death record for Freddie but the stone does say "adopted by Issac and Catherine Clark" so this memorial shows his last name to have been Clark as he was obviously loved by them and added to their monument.
