She was graduated from the University of Nebraska in 1920 with a bachelor of science in home economics.
She came to Salmon in 1923 as an eighth grade teacher. In 1924 she began teaching in the high school. She alson coached girls basketball, field and track.
She was married to Vaughn Clark June 14,1924, in Pocatello.
Mrs. Clark was a ---- board member of Steele Memorial Hospital guild, Anna Rebekah Lodge 14 [acting secretary for 16 years], Salmon senior Citizens, Salmon River Grange and Pomona Grange.
Survivors include a daughter, Wilma Byington,Dallas, Texas; a sister, Dr. Annie Pechaner,Ogden,Utah;two brothers, William Pechaner,Caldwell, and Joseph Pechaner,Ogden,Utah;Grandchildren, Gloria Nichols, Sundae Routh and Jean Pope;and three greatgrandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
