Mrs. Emma Canary died at her home living 8 miles from Independence. She died with the consumption. Mrs. Canary was a member of the M. E. Church. She died at sun-rise Saturday morning. Her remains were laid in the Independence cemetery. Rev. Dearing conducted the services. She leaves a husband and two little children and a host of friends to mourn her loss. They have the sympathy of all of their friends.
