August 25, 1910- Arlington Review Herald- Lawrence William Christensen
Died on Tuesday night, August 18, 1910, Lawrence William, son of Mr. and Mrs. H.C. Christensen of Washington, aged three months and one day. Funeral services were held at the house in Washington at 10 o'clock Sunday, and the remains taken to Blair, where they were interred after a brief service at the grave. The cause of the little one's death was a combination of whooping cough and pneumonia, and had been ailing for nearly two weeks before death relieved him of his suffering. The whole community unites with the Review Herald in expressions of sympathy to the bereaved parents over their great loss but we must all bow in humble submission to the decree that "What the Lord giveth, He also taketh away."
