Ann was the first wife of Franklin P. Chiles. Despite his death record stating his name was Childs, many other records show it was Chiles. Franklin's business was tobacco and it was named after him. He was a state representative for Franklin County and is documented as Chiles on the SOS Missouri site. "Childs" is in parentheses in one of the entries. All others are "Chiles".
