Died 5:10 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 1, 1995, at Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center. She was 86, a resident of Baton Rouge for 65 years and a native of Ascension Parish. Visiting at St. Thomas More Catholic Church, 11:45 a.m. until religious services at 1 p.m. Tuesday, conducted by Father Jerry Martin. Interment in Greenoaks Memorial Park. Survived by husband, Marcus Chester Chenault; two daughters and two sons-in-law, Ann and Gerald Didier, Baton Rouge, and Bonnie and Ned Peet, Kingwood, Texas; a son and daughter-in-law, Clarence and Judy Chenault, St. Francisville; 10 grandchildren, Gerald Didier Jr., Dianne Didier Dawson, Connie Didier Caballero, Kathleen Peet Lagattuta, Melinda Peet, Michael Peet, Christopher Peet, Troy Chenault, Stacey Chenault Holley and Christi Chenault Dufour; and nine great-grandchildren. She was a member of St. Thomas More Catholic Church and Catholic Daughters of the Americas Court St. Francis of Assisi. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Catholic High School or St. Thomas More Building Fund. Rabenhorst Funeral Home East, 11000 Florida Blvd., in charge of arrangements.
