Frank W. Chandler of St.Petersburg Fl. passed away Sunday August 26th. He was son of N.Y. Yankee pitching great Spurgeon "Spud" Chandler, Frances Willard Chandler and brother of Richard B Chandler. He was an avid fan of nascar and baseball and loved to cook.Frank had an unwavering spirit that amazed everyone that knew him.He is survived by his children Richard and Kelly, his grandchildren Dominic and Lily, nephews Richard, Jason and Dane and niece Michelle.Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday September 15th at Woodlawn Memory Gardens 101 58th St S.
