Bessie E. Chambers, beloved mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, entered into eternal rest on Saturday, March 24, 2012 at the age of 86. She was born in Valley Mills, Texas to parents William Henry Thomas and Nanny Pearl Thomas on July 30, 1925.
Bessie will always be remembered for her devotion to the happiness of her children and grandchildren. She will be deeply missed by her family and friends.
Bessie was preceded in death by her parents, her grandson Jimmy Robert Pardue and all of her siblings.
She is survived by six children: Kathryn Samaniego and husband Rudolph, Jimmy Robert Pardue, James Troy Chambers, Danny Clark Pardue, Judy Elaine Wright, Dennis Ray Pardue; 23 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren and 5 great-great grandchildren.
