Married April 10, 1895 in New Market Frederick County, Maryland. But he separated from his wife prior to 1924 (but not legally) as that was when his only granddaughter was born. She was never given the opportunity to ever meet her grandfather during her life. Her mother didn't know that her very own father was even that near by them over the years. Was unknown to them both, until it was too late.
Lived in New London, Mt. Airy and Frederick, Maryland.
Found dead at his home in bed on a Wednesday morning from a heart attack on the Cashour Farm near New Market. (But his body was not found until a week later in time.)
