Services will be held on Monday, June 20, 2016 at 2:00PM in the chapel of Heritage Memorial Funeral Home. Burial will be held at Parkway Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service. Ed Haines and Charles Poole will officiate. At his request, JP asked for no flowers to be sent.
Mr. Carter was born in Macon, GA on January 2, 1960. He enjoyed being a handyman and working in construction, he also enjoyed shooting pool and listening to music in his free time.
He is survived by his wife, Frances Carter; mother, Roberta "Joyce" Taylor; one daughter, Paige Carter; one step-daughter Renee LeClair (Chaim);one sister Amanda Taylor ( Lonnie); two uncles John W. Benson and Glenn C. Benson; 3 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; one niece and one nephew.
