Died, Thursday, Dec. 11, 1902, at the residence of her daughter, Mrs. Martha Patterson, East Monroe street, of lung trouble, Mrs. Laura Carson, aged 80 years.
The funeral will be held tomorrow at the residence and at the Zion Baptist church. The remains will be interred in Oak Ridge cemetery.
Mrs. Carson is survived by two sons, Wood Carson of St. Paul, Minn. and Henry of Indianapolis; one daughter, Mrs. Patterson of this city; one sister, residing in Taylor county, Ky.
Mrs. Carson was born in Taylor county, Ky. She had been ill in this city one and one-half years. For six years previous to that she resided in Indianapolis.
