Mrs. Alta Carrick, 49, widow of Clarence Carrick of Attica, died at 2 p.m. Saturday in a Dayton hospital following a long illness of heart trouble. She had resided with a daughter, Mrs. Robert Hilford in Dayton, since the death of her husband in 1931.
The deceased was born in Republic, the daughter of Jacob and Alice Sheely Teach. Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Hilford and Mrs. Mae Miller of Michigan; one grandchild; two brothers, John Wesley Teach of Attica and Victor Teach of Republic; one sister, Mrs. Anna Weaver, of California.
