Brown; parents, Walter and Jessie Carrell; and sisters, Doreen Rodgers, Velera Herndon, Vivian Stone, Bobbie Flenniken, Janice Ford. Survived by sisters, Wynell Johnson, Jeanette Rutledge, Sandra Acuff Shroba; and brothers, W.A. Carrell, Ramsey Carrell. Winifred and her husband owned and operated several Good Luck Drive-In restaurants in Dallas for many years.

Family will receive friends from 10:00 am-1:30 pm on Monday, March 28, 2016 at Restland Funeral Home followed by the Graveside Service at 2:00 pm in Restland Memorial Park in the Garden of Prayer.

Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Restland Funeral Home and Memorial Park, 13005 Greenville Avenue, Dallas, TX 75243.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Dallas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children
