SANDRA BERNHARDT
10/05/1953~12/06/2009

Sandy Bernhardt was born October 5, 1953 in Vancouver, WA. She lived in Vancouver her whole life. She died from complications from a brain injury on December 6, 2009 in Bakersfield, CA where she was getting rehabilitation therapy.
Sandy is survived by her daughter, Jessica; son, Ronald; brothers, Danny and Loren Carlson; her sister, Carol McDonald; two grandchildren, Ronnie IV and Chloe; and many family and friends who loved her.
Sandy's second home was Prairie High School, where she was head ASB secretary for 20 years. You could always find her at a Prairie football or basketball game, rooting on the kids. Sandy loved to travel, cruise around in her Mustang convertible, and spend time with her friends. She would do anything for the people that she loved, and we were grateful. She will be missed by all of us who loved her.
There will be a graveside service on December 16 at 2pm at Evergreen Memorial Gardens followed by a memorial at Prairie High School at 3pm. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial
