Virginia M. Billingsley, 90 of Bowling Green, Ohio, passed away, October 24, 2012. She was born on May
30, 1922 to the late Fred and Viola (Brown) Capelle. She married Cecil Billingsley on February 10, 1939.
Virginia is survived by her son, Robert E. Billingsley of Bowling Green, Ohio and daughter, Betty (Billingsley)
Peterson of Weston, Ohio, sister, Lola Ducat, Bowling Green, Ohio. Seven grandchildren: Dani Peterson,
Bowling Green, Ohio, David (Jean) Peterson, Custar, Ohio, Deb (Glenn Loftis) Peterson, Weston, Ohio, Kim
(William) Phillips, Grand Rapids, Ohio; Bambi (Tom Frankfather) Hafner of Jerry City, Ohio; RoxAnn (Chip
Cope) Neifer, Portage, Ohio, Tammy Billingsley, of Minnesota. 15 great grandchildren, and 4 great, great
grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Cecil Billingsley; brothers; Oda and Joy Capelle;
sister Eddie Capelle and great grandchild, Brooke Peterson. Virginia enjoyed weekend camping trips with her
grandchildren at Van Buren State Park and loved to cook. Virginia had a very special bond with one of her
great grandchildren, Alicia (Jake) Suman whom she raised. Public visitation will be on Sunday, October 28,
2012 from 1:00PM to 4:00PM at the DUNN FUNERAL HOME 408 W. Wooster St. located in the Historical
District of Bowling Green, Ohio. The Funeral will be held on Monday, October 29, 2012 at 11:00 AM at
Dunn Funeral Home, Bowling Green, Ohio with Reverend Bruce McDaniel officiating. The burial will follow
at Wood County Memory Gardens. In lieu of flowers the family is asking that memorials be made to Hospice
