SERVICES THURSDAY FOR MRS. BUZZELL

Mrs. Kattie Mae Buzzell, 76, passed away on Monday, November 16, after 10 days illness. Funeral services will be held on Thursday afternoon, at 2 o'clock, from the West Grout Free Methodist church. The Rev. Dale Woods will officiate and burial will be made in Highland cemetery. Friends may call at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Viola Dennings, until noon on Thursday, when Mrs. Buzzell will be taken to the church. Kattie Mae Campbell was born in Ontario, Canada, on January 1, 1877. She came to Gladwin 58 years ago and was married here to Enoch Buzzell on April 3, 1898, Mr. Buzzell died in 1945.
Surviving are two sons, Loren Buzzell and Freeman Buzzell, Grout township; one daughter, Mrs. Viola Dennings, Gladwin; one brother, John Campbell, Kalkaska; two sisters, Mrs. Susie Shearer, Mrs. Clara McGilvery, both of Gladwin; 23 grandchildren; five great grandchildren. One son, Hugh, and two daughters, Florence and Stella, preceded their mother in death. Her nephews will act as pallbearers. Gladwin County Record dated 11-18/1953 Column - 6 Page - 1
