Delores Lee Fields, 86, of Lawrenceburg, Indiana, passed away on Saturday, March 15, 2014. She was born December 25, 1927 in Whitesburg, Kentucky, daughter of the late Cooley and Versie (Lewis) Calihan.
She is survived by her 2 sons, Houston Fields of Moores Hill, IN, Jeff (Trish) Fields of Dillsboro, IN; 4 daughters, JoAnne Hall of Aurora, IN, Jean (Ronnie) Dobson of Greendale, IN, Barbara Fields of Milan, IN, Debbie (Lenny) Fryman of Lawrenceburg, IN; 3 brothers, Junior Callahan of Metamora, IN, Odell Callahan of Laurel, IN, Joe Callahan of Connersville, IN; 3 sisters, Sadie Wells of Lawrenceburg, IN, Brenda Ross of Cedargrove, IN, Bettie Hoffer of Brookville, IN; 17 grandchildren; 28 great grandchildren; and 6 great great grandchildren
She was preceded in death by her father, Cooley Callahan, mother, Versie Mae Callahan, husband, Oakley Fields, and sister Freda Smith.
Family and friends will be received on Friday, March 21, 2014 from 12pm to 2pm at Fitch-Denney Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at Fitch-Denney Funeral Home, Friday, March 21, 2014 at 2pm, with Pastor Charles Miller officiating.
Interment will follow in the Greendale Cemetery, Greendale, Indiana.
