Deceased Name: Thomas Roy Cain III
Thomas Roy Cain III, a crane operator with Flour Drilling Company for 22 years, died Thursday at a local hospital. He was 65.
Cain also worked as a commercial truck driver and retired after 10 years of service. He was a lifelong resident of Bayou La Batre.
Survivors include two daughters, Angela Hawkins of Coden and Janet Roush of Mobile; two sons, Thomas Leroy Cain IV of Irvington and Grady Roush of Semmes; three brothers, Jimmy Cain of St. Elmo, Mike Cain of Bayou La Batre and Tony Cain of Brazil; two sisters, Veronica Morey of Mobile and Jackie Beal of Carthage, Miss.; 10 grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
Visitation will take place from 5 to 8 p.m. today at Serenity Funeral Home on Old Pascagoula Road, where the funeral is set for 10 a.m. Saturday. Burial will be in Oddfellows Cemetery in Bayou La Batre.
