Double Rites At Frost For Auto Victims
Double funeral services for Harold A. Cagle, 27, and his seven-year-old daughter, Ursula, of Corpus Christi will be held from the Frost Baptist church Wednesday at 10 a. m. Burial will be in the Frost cemetery. The rites will be conducted by Rev. Frank Williams, pastor of the First Methodist church at Frost. The father and daughter were dead on arrival at a Corpus Christi hospital after the automobile in which they were riding figured in an accident three miles of Corpus Christi Sunday. An earlier service was held Tuesday in Corpus Christi. Cagle was a native of Frost and the family later lived in Corpus Christi, returned to Corpus Christi in 1959. The father was the parts manager of an appliance concern. The daughter was born in Germany. The surviving wife and mother, Mrs. Irma Cagle, is a native of Germany. Surviving the father is the wife, parents, Mr. and Mrs. J. Arthur Cagle, Corpus Christi; five brothers, James and Jerry Cagle, both of Dallas; Darrel Cagle, U. S. Army in Maryland; Charles Cagle, U. S. Army, Frankfurt, Germany, and Joe Cagle, U. S. Army, California; four sisters, Mrs. Mary Jackson, Arlington; Mrs. Erlene McGraw, Dallas; Mrs. Ruth Melton, Corsicana, and Mrs. Ann Green, Shreveport, La., and other relatives. Ursula is survived by her mother, grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Cagle, Corpus Christi, and Mrs. Katrina Follmer, Germany, and a number of uncles, aunts and other relatives.
