Clay W. was the son of Gaston and Attis (Blackwood) Chisum, the youngest of their three sons, Dearel, Leroy and Clay.
He never married, but lived and took care of his widowed mother. They bought a house in Holdenville, where they lived. At last he was living in Heritage Home. He worked for some time for Rural Little in Coal County, with a crew poisoning timber for a ranch. Then after they moved to Holdenville, he was employed at Gilly's Flower and Nursery.
He was kind, never spoke ill of anyone. All his immediate family are gone. There is no official obit.
