Hope Bird, 69, Princeton PRINCETON Funeral services will be 11 am Saturday at Princeton Evangelical Free Church for Hope B. Bird, 69, who died Wednesday at Fairview-North-land Regional Hospital. The Revs. Dan Osborne and Royall Iindquist will officiate. Burial will be in '. Oak Knoll Cemetery. Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. ; today at Williams-Hanson-Kaun Funeral Home. Prayer services will be 6 tonight at the funeral home in Princeton.
Hope Bird was born Aug. 22, 1926, in Boston, to Walter W. and Blanche (Goodrich) Campbell She lived in Weymouth, Mass., and married Henry Bird on Aug. 9, 1944, in Congregational Church, Weymouth, Mass. They lived in Weymouth, Mass. They moved to Honey Creek, Iowa, where they farmed. They moved near Princeton in 1961 and farmed. She attended Princeton Evangelical Free Church and was a volunteer at the clothing center in Princeton.
Survivors include husband; sons and daughters; Stephen, Long Beach, N.C.; Lindwood, Ahorn, Germany; Laura Ingalls, Princeton; Cherry Espinola, Dracut, Mass.; Donna, Easton, Cola; David, : Oklahoma City, Okla.; Timothy, Minneapolis; brother, Donald, Punta Gorda, ; Fla.; 21 grandchildren; and six great grandchildren. ; She was preceded in death by her parents; and an infant son and daughter.
Pallbearers will be Jay and Justin Ingalls, Wayne Patten, Wally Schimming, Frank Foltz and Ed Winters.
