Margaret "Del" Doyle, 76, of Amarillo, died Monday, April 5, 1999.

Burial was in Llano East Cemetery on Tuesday, April 6. Memorial services will be at 3 p.m. Saturday in Llano East Cemetery. Arrangements are by Schooler Funeral Home, 4100 S. Georgia.

Mrs. Doyle was born in Jackson, Miss., and had lived in Amarillo for many years. She served in World War II with the Women Accepted for Volunteer Emergency Service (WAVES) in the Navy.

She graduated from West Texas State College with a bachelor of science degree and a master's degree.

Mrs. Doyle was a legal secretary for Sterling Kinney and the Underwood Law Firm, later working for Connally Lockhart and Walter Russell.

Survivors include three daughters, Kathy Doyle of Moorehead, Minn., Terri Schroeder of Bowling Green, Va., and Lynn Rowland of Canyon; a son, Lee T. Doyle of Amarillo; a brother, W.A. Bynum of Big Spring; seven grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

The family requests memorials be to Jan Werner Adult Day Care Center, 3108 S. Fillmore St., Amarillo, TX 79110
