McCAMMON — Gregory "Greg" Robert Bybee, 47, of McCammon, passed away at his home in McCammon on Wednesday, April 23, 2008. Greg was born May 21, 1960, in Malad, Idaho, a son of Andrew and Patsy Roderick Bybee.

He attended schools in Logan, Utah, Jerome, Soda Springs, and Malad, where he graduated from Malad High School, class of 1978. He married his sweetheart, Roslynn Auger, in the Logan LDS Temple in 1979.
They were blessed with five energetic sons. They moved to McCammon in 1992 so Greg could attend Idaho State University, where he earned three associate degrees.

Greg was a "jack of all trades." He had the ability to fix, build or do anything he set his mind to. Greg had a great love of fishing, fast cars, and meeting new people.
He enjoyed photography and had several pictures published.

He volunteered for everything and received the "Coach of the Year" award for the local youth soccer league. He enjoyed doing volunteer work for the hospital and especially working with the cancer society. Greg also worked with the Idaho Fish and Game Department. He had a great love of music and playing the guitar, harmonica and piano.

He is survived by his loving wife of 29 years, Roslynn; their four sons, Benjamin (Jessica) and Halen of Phoenix, Ariz., Blake (Erica) of American Fork, Utah, Brandon, of Ft. Riley, Kan., and Burke, of McCammon; his parents, of Malad, Roslynn's parents, Hyrum and Veda Auger of Tremonton, Utah; three brothers, Todd (Latricia) Bybee of Logan, Utah, Chad (DaNeil) Bybee of Soda Springs, Idaho, Corey (Ruth) Bybee of Pleasant View, Utah; four sisters, Tracy Norr of Draper, Utah, Pam (Nolan) Gunnell of Wellsville, Utah, Monica (Jarid) Green of Malad, Alexis Bybee of Malad.

He was a favorite uncle to many nephews and nieces. His son, Nathan Robert Bybee, preceded him in death.
